FEES FOR PUBLIC SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS

All fees for public speaking and workshops are open to negotiation. In general, Jack wants to connect with as many people as possible, and spread his message of creating health and happiness by developing our awareness, and creating the new paradigm. So, he is willing to do whatever it takes, often without of great deal of profit, to make these events happen. Quite often, if it's a cause he really believes in, he is willing to donate his time.

With speeches and keynote speeches, it depends on the size of the audience, how long Jack is away from his office, and whether other promotional opportunities exist at the event, such the opportunity to sell books and tapes, or to meet large numbers of people in person over several days. In general, Jack charges $105.00 per hour for his time. If for a keynote, he was to be away from the office for 3-days, spending the better part of 2-days traveling, it is reasonable to charge $2,500.00, plus all travel, lodging and food expenses.

With workshops, there tends to be even more variation. Most agencies and groups that conduct workshops usually have their own policies, procedures, and fee structures, with the workshop facilitator receiving a percentage. Jack is willing to work with this, within certain parameters. For example, at an hourly rate of $105.00 per hour, if he was to drive to a location in Wisconsin for a 1-day, 3-hour workshop, he would be thinking in terms of earning at least $315.00, plus gas mileage, plus, for longer trips, a little extra for the time spent in the car - 1-hour in the car would come to a total of $420.00.
